Nexy is the main work — an AI between people, not another chatbot you talk to alone. You send one sentence. Nexy handles the messages, the chasing and the collating with everyone else, in WhatsApp, where they already are. That research lives at nexy.works.

Yoors is the laboratory beside it: a fair-share platform since 2015, now the place to try agentic ecommerce without handing the shop to a platform.

The laboratory

Yoors is a lab for agentic ecommerce.

Yoo.rs started as a fair-share content platform: pay creators for real pageviews, instead of eating attention and data. Ten years on, it is the place we try what happens when software can find a product, explain it, sell it and settle — without platform risk for the seller.

Agentic ecommerce means the agent does the work that used to sit on a marketplace: matching, copy, checkout, follow-up. Yoors Market is the first cut of that: an AI-native marketplace where the platform does not become the risk.

AdsFair B.V. is a Dutch internet company, registered in Gouda since 26 February 2014 (KVK 60126035). It operates Nexy, Yoors, Yoors Market and FormReady from Gouda and Curaçao. It is not an advertising network.

Henkjan de Krijger is the founder. Born in 1972 in Hardinxveld-Giessendam. Psychology at Leiden University. He works from Gouda and Willemstad. The sentence that governs the present work: I research the living web.

What is AdsFair?

AdsFair B.V. is a Dutch internet company, registered in Gouda since 2014. It operates Nexy, Yoors, Yoors Market and FormReady from Gouda and Curaçao. We build applications and platforms, and think AI-native. We are not an ad network.

Why is Nexy the main thing?

Because the living web is the conversations people already have. Nexy is the research and the product for that: an assistant with at least two people in every job it does. The value only appears when the second person answers.

What does “agentic ecommerce” mean here?

Software that can do the selling work — find, explain, transact, follow up — without making the seller dependent on a platform that can shut them off. Yoors is where we try that in the open.

Do the other people need the Nexy app?

No. They receive a normal WhatsApp message and answer it like any other message. Nothing to install, no account, no link to click before they can reply.
